What Can I Make for Breakfast With a Panini Maker?
December 14, 2011 on 3:00 pm | By admin | In Food and Drink | Comments OffIt’s the most important meal of the day! There’s nothing like starting your day with a great filling meal, but you also want something that’s going to be easy to make. What can you make for breakfast with a panini maker? A lot! And it doesn’t have to be difficult at all. So go butter up some bread, and get ready to fill it with some amazing ways to start your day.Start off with something traditional and easy, and make yourself an egg and cheese panini. It’s fast, simple, and delicious! While we’re on the subject of eggs, you can also go ahead and make a sandwich with eggs, ham, and grated carrots for savory with just a touch of sweet. And, to get more vegetables in the mix, you can make one with eggs, onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. But eggs aren’t the only breakfast panini ideas. If you’re in the mood for more variety, more vegetables, more nutrients in your breakfast then try something like cheese, black beans, onions, and mushrooms. I know beans aren’t normally something you would put on a sandwich, but it’s a great way to start your day, packed full of nutrition, and it tastes great. You can also try cheese, avocado, and asparagus. Again, asparagus isn’t something you often see mentioned with breakfast, but is full of nutrients and a great start to your morning. For something a bit lighter, but still filling and delicious, try hummus, cucumber, and grated carrots. If you prefer your breakfast to be on the sweet side, there’s still a lot you can do with your panini maker. By using either peanut butter, or a chocolate spread, you can mix in pretty much any type of fruit, in fact, mixing them together is the best way to go. You can slice up bananas, apples, or berries for a great and easy start. Some honey is always a great addition, and it’s never a bad idea to sprinkle some powdered sugar on top once it’s cooked up. For an extra dose of inspiration here, you can always use two waffles for your ends instead of bread. Whether you’re in the mood for sweet or savory, and whether you use bread, waffles, or go ahead and toss all these ingredients into a tortilla and grill up a breakfast burrito, there’s a lot you can make for breakfast with your panini maker.
